About PCP
A boutique firm, built to solve problems — not sell services
We exist to solve the problems that keep pediatric healthcare organizations from becoming what they want to be — regulatory complexity, documentation gaps, survey pressure, leadership strain, and care transitions that put children at risk. We don't stop at recommendations; we stay until the fix is implemented and the organization is stronger than when we arrived.
Our approach
Depth in pediatrics, focused on what lasts
We are a boutique firm with a single focus: helping pediatric healthcare organizations perform, comply, and improve — sustainably. Growth is not the mission; strengthening the organizations that care for children is.
- We solve problems — we are not just a consulting firm
- A specialized pediatric healthcare focus — not a generalist firm
- Practical clinical and leadership experience
- Customized engagements, not one-size-fits-all playbooks
- Direct collaboration with your organizational leadership
- Implementation and sustainable systems, not just recommendations
- A named liaison for every organization we work with
- Remote and on-site support by arrangement
How we work
Our Core Values
Collaboration
We work alongside your leadership, not apart from it. The best outcomes come from doing the work together with your teams.
Integrity
We stand by what we say and what we teach — an honest, objective read on strengths and risks, including what is difficult to hear.
Accountability
We accept responsibility for our work and hold ourselves to a defined, measurable level of achievement — not just effort.
Partnership
PCP and your organization do the work together. We are not a vendor delivering a report from a distance.
Leadership
We provide guidance and purposeful focus throughout the engagement, helping your organization move deliberately toward what it wants to become.
Sustainability
We support your organization through the next step and beyond — building capability that outlasts the engagement itself.
PCP Executive Team
You engage PCP as an organization
Clients engage PCP as an organization. Work may be performed by qualified PCP team members according to the engagement, with appropriate clinical and leadership oversight.
Each engagement has one primary PCP contact, so you always know who to reach. Depending on scope, more than one qualified PCP team member may participate — always with appropriate clinical and leadership oversight maintained throughout.
